Working with a historically significant early Edwardian factory, 9 Cremorne Street respects the original building, while introducing a new seven-level addition above. The individually significant ground-floor heritage building has been retained and restored.

Situated on a tight city fringe site, the tower addresses a challenging north and west orientation with a veil of expanded aluminium mesh. This active façade system transforms the hard northern and western sunlight into a beautiful diffuse light, perfect for working. A series of shutters on each level can be opened at the touch of a button to reveal the view.
