Jay is a meticulous, thorough all-rounder who works across all phases of a project – from feasibility and town planning through to design development, tender and construction. He’s people-focused above all else: he believes good projects come from good teams, and that keeping people front and centre, whether stakeholders or end users, leads to better design outcomes.

Growing up in Geelong gave him an early appreciation for a slower pace of life connected to the coast. Jay is a self-described Japanophile, with a deep interest in Japanese culture, travel and design.
