Sophie brings a hands-on approach to project leadership at Fieldwork, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects from early design through to completion. Sophie is widely valued for the calm, steady presence she brings to complex projects, keeping teams grounded and work moving forward.

Her work is shaped by a genuine interest in how design can improve everyday life, especially through projects with a social dimension: schools, community infrastructure, and neighbourhood-scale developments. She’s drawn to creating places that are comfortable, thermally efficient, and built with long-term wellbeing in mind.

Sophie is a Passivhaus consultant and accredited NatHERS assessor, and sits on the Sustainability Committee.
