Quino co-founded Fieldwork with a clear intent: to build a practice that does genuinely good work and treats the people doing it well. With over 25 years in practice, he leads design across the studio, bringing a holistic understanding of architecture that extends from concept through to the financial and development realities that shape what gets built.  

It’s an understanding that was sharpened through co-founding Assemble with Ben – a community-focused development group – and Assemble Papers, a publication about the culture of living closer together. Raised in Peru, Quino maintains a deep connection to the country, including pro bono work there. He leads our Fieldstudies and Country-Centred Design committees

Hannah Jonasson,
Director

Hannah is an experienced project director with end-to-end capability across all stages, from early concept through to delivery on site. Her strength is in seeing the bigger picture while plotting out every step needed to get there – managing multiple projects across different phases simultaneously, and keeping teams focused without losing sight of the design intent.

With over 20 years of experience, she is interested in the phenomenology of space and looks to embed a sympathetic response to place and context, integrating opportunities for neighbourhood connection, biophilic principles and biodiversity. For Hannah, good design requires a shared collaborative vision combined with clear communication and rigorous execution.

Hannah leads the Country-Centred Design and Project Management committees.

Delu Pok,
Project Architect

Delu is a technically minded project architect with close to two decades of experience. Drawn to the problem-solving side of delivery, Delu enjoys the way every project offers something different. As a transparent, responsive communicator, clients always know where things stand.

Delu’s thinking has shifted over the years from seeing delivery as a fixed endpoint to understanding it as an evolving process, shaped through ongoing collaboration with builders and clients. Delu has a particular interest in accessible design, building spaces that genuinely work for everyone. Outside the studio, she has taken up woodworking and hand-carving.

Shuian Sang,

Shuian is an end-to-end architect with over a decade experience of delivering projects across diverse scales and typologies, including multi-residential developments, aged care, adaptive reuse, cultural projects, education, and commercial buildings. She is meticulous and rigorous in her approach, bringing clarity and consistency from concept through to completion.

Having grown up in Southeast Asia before moving to Melbourne, Shuian is grounded in sensitivity to spatial and functional experiences, with careful attention to how architecture is inhabited and responds to environmental and urban conditions over time. She is drawn to meaningful projects, such as adaptive reuse, extending a building’s life offers environmental and cultural value.

She thrives on collaborative problem-solving, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors as an advocate for both client and building occupants. Shuian contributes to Fieldwork’s BIM Committee and volunteers with the EmAGN Committee at the Australian Institute of Architects’ Victorian Chapter.

Trung Nguyen,

Trung is a collaborative, people-focused architect with a particular interest in civic and residential projects – work where design responds directly to the lives and personalities of the people who use it. He listens carefully and without judgement, working alongside clients to uncover what a project can be rather than arriving with a predetermined idea.

His approach is grounded in a conviction that good architecture starts with understanding people: their context, their community and how they want to inhabit a space. Trung is a visual thinker, drawn to photography, film and nature documentaries as sources of design thinking. Trung is part of Fieldwork’s Sustainability committee.
