Kelley is a Project Director and Fieldwork’s education sector lead, with strength in masterplanning, spatial strategy and design development. She is known for her ability to carry a clear vision from concept through every stage, ensuring that the integrity of the original idea is maintained as the project evolves.
With over two decades of experience, she brings a depth of knowledge across housing, cultural, and education projects, alongside a strong interest in urban design and shaping connected communities. Kelley is deeply committed to sustainability and to creating places that have a positive social and environmental impact. She is attuned to how buildings feel, believing that well-designed spaces can heal, unite and inspire. Living and working in Shanghai early in her career sparked a lasting fascination with density and urban life that continues to shape her thinking today.
